We started our business in March 2020 with one simple goal: to make the best spirits we possibly can. We’ve worked in the industry for a long time after some time distilling for personal consumption we started creating spirits we knew we had to share which was when Charles & Mike Distilling Ltd was born!

A fabulous gin that sits firmly among my favourites!! Complex with punchy juniper, zesty citrus, delicate florals and warming spice⦠very well balanced and super smooth!
Well what can I say about Big 7 blackberry gin it has to be one of the nicest gins I've tried it has a natural fruity flavour and is so easy to drink I'm not a fan of plain tonic so have it with diet lemonade or appletiser if I want it with a fizzy mixer but my favourite mixer with it is cloudy apple juice my bottle never lasts long once open as its the only gin I drink til it's gone it's one I will keep buying to keep in highly recommend this beautiful gin.
π½ππ πππππ, π½ππ πππΌππππ!! Big Seven Persian Lime Gin from Charles and Mike Distilling perfectly hits the spot! Packed with Juniper, grapefruit peel, cassia bark, bay leaf, angelica root, chamomile and lemongrass, with added succulent and flavoursome Persian Limes, this gin is a citrus loverβs delight!! I enjoyed paired with a Crisp Tonic and garnished with a wedge of lime. If you like a juniper led, citrusy gin, this is definitely one for you.
